Fireflix Fire Resistant Power & Control cables

Caledonian Fireflix power & control range forms a core segment of our full fire resistant cable product portfolio, specially engineered for power supply and control signal circuits that require continuous operation under fire conditions. All cables adopt mica glass fire barrier tape combined with LSZH low smoke zero halogen insulation/sheath, meeting UK and European fire safety standards BS7211, BS6724, BS 7629 and IEC 60502. This full line of fire resistant power cable and fire resistant control cable covers 300/500V up to 600/1000V voltage grades, single core & multicore designs, screened and steel wire armoured options for heavy mechanical installation environments.

Core Advantages of Fireflix Fire Resistant Power & Control Cables

  • • Guaranteed circuit integrity: maintain power & control circuit operation for 30/60/120 mins under flame per BS6387 CWZ.
  • • Full LSZH construction: zero halogen, low smoke, non-toxic & non-corrosive gas release during fire emergencies.
  • • Complete voltage series: 300/500V, 450/750V, 600/1000V to match industrial & building power load demands.
  • • Diverse structural options: non-sheathed, LSZH sheathed, foil screened, SWA armoured for direct burial/cable tray use.
  • • Single core to multicore specifications, customizable core counts & conductor cross-sections per project drawings.
