Application

These cables are used in these applications: pulp and paper mills, petrochemical plants, sewage treatment facilities, water treatment plants, steel mills, textile mills, utility power generating stations, scrubbers and other environmental protections systems, railroad and mining facilities. Also,they are used in industrial and utility applications, where ease of installation is a major concern because of limited space and exposure to personnel is minimal, in wet or dry locations when installed in accordance with NEC, and use in aerial, conduit, open tray and underground duct installations.

Cable Construction

Conductor: Annealed bare copper Class B strand.
Extruded Strand Shield (ESS): Extruded thermoset semi-conducting stress-control layer over conductor.
Insulation: Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation, colored to contrast with the black jacket material.
Jacket: Low-Lead Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSPE)/ Elastomer blend.
