Application and Description:

These PTFE tape insulation single-core MIL-W-22759/86 wires are used for MIL-Spec and Aerospace, these cables are normal weight, high-performance, aerospace hook up wires with insulation composed of PTFE/polyimide/PTFE tape and PTFE tape in several configurations. These wires are designed for aerospace and other applications which require excellent thermal stability and good abrasion resistance.

Construction Details

Sizes 10 to 26 have a PTFE/K/PTFE layer construction. Sizes 6 to 8 have a PTFE layer with an intermediate K layer and a top PTFE layer. Sizes 4 to 4/0 have a PTFE layer with an intermediate K layer and two top PTFE layers
